03 · Train by role
Walk sales through quoting and follow-up, dispatch through scheduling, and billing through deposits and closeout. Confirm who can view and change each area.
04 · Agree a cutover
Choose a change window, reconcile active jobs and receipts, and verify access and communications. Migration scope and timing depend on the source system and data quality.
